Welcome to Sundarban Tour Travels! By booking a tour or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. Booking and Payments

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be made before or at the time of tour departure.

• We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, UPI, and secure online gateways.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest:

• 7 or more days before tour date: 80% refund

• 3–6 days before tour date: 50% refund

• Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund

Cancellation by Sundarban Tour Travels:

• In case of unavoidable cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or safety concerns, we will offer either a full refund or rescheduling of your tour.

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• Each tour package clearly lists what is included and excluded.

• Personal expenses, beverages, camera permits (for foreign nationals), and weather-related delays are not covered unless explicitly stated.

4. Child Policy

• Children aged 1–4 years: Free of charge

• Children aged 4–8 years: 50% of adult fare

• Children aged above 8 years: Full adult fare

5. Guest Responsibilities

• All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID.

• Foreign nationals must carry their original passport and valid visa.

• Guests must respect local customs, wildlife, and forest regulations.

• Follow all instructions given by the tour guide and forest department during excursions.

6. Health & Safety

• Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary needs.

• Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.

• Basic first-aid support is available; doctor-on-call can be arranged if necessary.

7. Tour Modifications

• Sundarban Tour Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the tour itinerary due to weather, tide conditions, forest permissions, or other safety concerns.

• Any changes will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sundarban Tour Travels will not be held responsible for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage during the trip

• Delays or disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, road issues, or government policies

• We do not provide travel insurance; guests are advised to arrange their own

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and videos—is the intellectual property of Sundarban Tour Travels. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
